By downloading, installing, or using Read Me When (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users of the app, regardless of how you access it.

Read Me When is a free mobile application developed by Build Incredibles. It provides curated Quranic verses mapped to emotional states, along with a daily reflection feature, bookmarking, and verse sharing functionality.

The app is intended as a spiritual aid and reference companion. It is not a substitute for scholarly religious guidance or counselling.

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

• Use the app for personal spiritual reflection
• Share individual verses with others for non-commercial purposes
• Screenshot or save verse cards for personal use

You may not:

• Use the app or its content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

The Quranic verses displayed in the app use the Saheeh International English translation, which is widely recognised and in the public domain. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy, but we acknowledge that no human translation of the Quran is perfect.

If you notice an error in any verse or translation, please contact us at support@buildincredibles.com. We take the accuracy of sacred text seriously and will review all reports promptly.

The app design, branding, interface, and original content are the intellectual property of Build Incredibles. The name “Read Me When”, logo, and all associated visual assets are protected.

Quranic text and the Saheeh International translation used in this app are in the public domain.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Build Incredibles does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Build Incredibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (which, as a free app, is zero).

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
